"Update: 6-4-25 Spoke to Meghan today and so was so sweet, kind & professional in helping me with my transaction. Thank you so much Meghan!! Autumn, where do I start. She is absolutely AMAZING! "This started off great, until I recently traded my vehicle and I agreed to my insurance being a set price and then it skyrocketed $138. My insurance is now $320. I reach out and no one responds. I call and leave voicemails and nobody responds. There’s no reason my insurance should be this high, I’ve been with them for 3 years and this is how they treat their customers !"

"This company started off fine but now I can hardly get a question answered. I’ve called several times trying to get my bill lowered that’s now twice the amount it was whenever we started with State Farm. I understand we traded vehicles but I was told it would increase $10 not $100. Nevertheless it would be nice to get a call back. I guess Brook is to reach to check on her customers."

"I have been with Brook's office for about a year and a half. Yesterday, I stopped in to sign a renewal and was assisted by Morgan. Morgan was friendly and efficient and had all the documents ready when I arrived. Additionally, I wanted to reestablish an umbrella liability policy, and she was able to quickly work that up for me and get me on my way. This is the friendliest SF office I have done business with over my 40 years with State Farm! Thanks again, Morgan!"

"This was good experience until it was the absolute WORST experience! They were sweet at first until I was in an accident that wasn't even my fault. Even with a police report that said I wasn't at fault, they not only somehow, put me at fault, upping my premium and making it more expensive to even go to another agency, but the kicker is that they want to pay the lowest amount possible for 'under insured'. It's been OVER two years!!!!!!!!! and the lawyers are still fighting for fairness"
